| Partnership can be built on the following principles: |
 Based on the Agent Agreement |
| Companies that work under the Agent Agreement, get 20% partnership fee of the total sum selling Alt –Invest software. And programs have to be sold directly to the final customer. |
| The Agent Agreement can be negotiated only with juridical persons. |
| Based on the Dealer Agreement |
| Dealer contracts suit those companies which are interested in Alt-Invest software promotion as a separate type of activity. |
| Dealer contracts are negotiated only with companies that are users of at least one Alt-Invest program product. |
| Dealer sells programs directly to user, getting dealer discount when purchasing software from Alt-Invest LLC. |
| Dealer discounts: |
35% — for a total of simultaneous purchase of Alt-Invest software less than 50 000 rubles.
40% — for a total of simultaneous purchase of Alt-Invest software from 50 000 till 100 000 rubles.
45% — for a total of simultaneous purchase of Alt-Invest software 100 000 rubles.
50% — for simultaneous purchase of Alt-Invest software not less than for three companies which are members
of the union. |

| All partners in their work are guided by the general price list approved by Alt-Invest LLC. Customers, who purchased software from partners, get the same services, benefits and discounts which are provided by the general conditions of Alt-Invest LLC. |
| Alt-Invest Company also offers a strategic partnership in organizing and conducting seminars in the field of investment and financial analysis and enterprise activity planning. Companies involved in the promotion of Alt-Invest seminars, get a Dealer agreement discount when selling software products. |
