Financial reports used in business planning. Financial modeling in business planning, business plan structure. Project’s life cycle, implementation scheme. Sales forecast, description of project’s current and investment costs. Investment project financing. Investments efficiency analysis, cash-flow discounting, basic indexes calculation. Business appraisal elements. Main groups of problems in the company’s financial condition and their causes. Analysis of the company's assets efficiency, calculation and interpretation of the liquidity ratios, and financial solvency ratios. Assessment of the company’s operating income, return on equity ratios, financial leverage. Cost of goods sold analysis. Risks analysis. Real investment project analysis. Test AI PAS exam, level B.

The trainging generalizes the experience gained by the Alt-Invest Company consultants while developing and examine business plans for investment projects of various branches, scales and orientation.
The training is interactive — all information is presented in the form of case-studies (participants are provided with methodical materials, calculation concepts of various types of projects, examples of business plans), each participant has an opportunity to discuss individual problems.

Economists and analysts of large and medium-sized companies; Heads of Planning departments and similar units; Financial and strategic top managers of small and medium-sized companies; Consultants; Economists, credit inspectors and heads of banks credit departments; Leading specialists of enterprises responsible for the preparation of projects.
We do not consider elementary basic methods and techniques, and proceed immediately to the problems specialists face in their work. Generally, our audience is specialists who are either themselves engaged in the analysis of projects and companies, either directly manage the process.
During 16 years of successful work Alt-Invest Company has developed and examined more than 150 investment projects, about 5000 experts were trained at seminars on investments and finance. Among them there are specialists of such companies as Gazprom JSC, Sberbank JSC, Russian Railways, Rosneft Oil Company, VTB, RAO Unified Energy System of Russia, AVTOVAZ JSC, KAMAZ JSC, Vimm-Bill-Dann JSC, Severstal JSC, Government authorities of the regions of Russian Federation, etc.
The results of training: Participants acquire knowledge and skills required to pass AI PAS certification exam, level B, and those who additionally have necessary practical experience in projects estimation level A also.
Training is scheduled for 5 days (Mon — Fri). After the training (day 6), the participants can immediately pass the certification exam level A or B according to AI PAS Certification requirements. Application for the certification exam can be submitted simultaneously with application for training participation.
If it is impossible to participate in training in-person there is always its Distance version.
Participation in the training in Moscow and St.-Petersburg costs 35 000 rbl. Price includes the complete set of handout, coffee-breaks, and lunches.
