The Preparation of Business-Plan for Investment Project

 Mastering of the technology, techniques and approaches needed to develop a business plan;
Independent work on participants’ own projects under the guidance of the skilled consultant;
Solutions of problems on the analysis of real investment projects. |
| The essence of the training is: after short introductory classes and solutions of «warm-up» problems participants get a set of materials describing all aspects of real investment project. It is a typical set of information available for developers of business plans to work with projects. Both: the project and the set of information are from the practice of the existing company, the project is being implemented. Project’s title: Particle Board Factory Shop Technical Re-equipment. |
| Features of data preparation and processing, the business plan requirements, and details of the projects which are from the adjacent industries (production, reconstruction and re-equipment, projects in power energy, etc.) are analyzed during the training. Features of projects in industrial and commercial construction are also discussed during the course. |

In the process of training, each participant develops a business plan for a real investment project, practice project defence in front of potential investors.
Specialists acquire skills in data preparation for the project, calculations and representation of the information, business plan defence. Participants get rid of the “first project” psychological barrier, they orient easier in the information on the project and work more correctly on gathering of materials, modeling and designing of documents. Participants also learn to work in the particular software product. |
