Alt-Invest Summ is a computer model intended for the estimation of investment projects of various branches, scales and orientation. Alt-Invest Summ is especially convenient for the estimation of the projects realized at the operating enterprise - the model allows to describe and to perform the estimation of efficiency of several investment solutions, to define the integrated financial plan for the operating enterprise, to estimate the enterprise state taking into account the investment projects. |

The investments efficiency (capital investments) |
|
The set of certain indexes is calculated for each investment project: simple and discounted pay-back period, NPV, IRR, NPVR, maximum crediting rate. The efficiency indexes on the selected investment project group are also determined. |

Financial solvency |
|
For each investment project cash-flow report is formed, it allows determining the need for each project and group of projects for financing sources. The settlement account model without projects and the settlement account model with the projects allow companies to determine their opportunities in the projects financing using internal funds and to estimate the need for borrowed capital. When constructing the charts of crediting previously attracted lending of the operating enterprise is taken into account. |

The model provides an opportunity to estimate not only each project separately, but also the efficiency of the general investment expenses on the project group. At the same time you can select the projects in the group at your own discretion. |

Input of the Balance Sheet and Profit Report actual data allows generating the financial plan for the operating enterprise automatically. The model can forecast the future condition of the enterprise only when proceeding from the factual report forms (it is necessary if the information on the long-term plans of the enterprise is not presented). You can also adjust the financial plan of the company, setting changes in production volume, inputs, capital investments, transference of the existing in-progress investments onto balance, the service schedules of the credits attracted earlier. Thus the important patterns are taken into account properly such as: changes in need for working capital while production volume is changing and changes of depreciation charges when putting into operation or selling non-current assets. |

The model generates three basic forms of the financial statements - the Cash Flow Statement, the Income Statement, the Balance Sheet, as well as the set of the basic financial indexes: |
 For each of examined projects;
For the selected group of investment projects;
For the enterprise without considering the projects;
For the enterprise considering the investment projects. |

When constructing the charts of financing you can estimate a cash flow for each project separately, for project groups, enterprises without projects, as well as the settlement account of the enterprise considering the projects. |

There is a wide choice of calculation methods selections in Alt-Invest Summ. Calculations can be performed both in constant and in the current prices, and various ways of inflation process development can be modeled. Calculations can be performed in monocurrency as well as in two-currency mode with a choice of currencies required outcomes. |
