Omskneftehimproekt JSC has been Alt-Invest software user since 2002. During this time, Alt-Invest computer programs were used to construct financial and economic models and to estimate economic efficiency of about 25 projects in the field of oil-processing and petrochemical facilities construction and oil storage facilities both at operating plants and construction of new oil-processing plants in Russia and CIS countries.

Alt-Invest is one of the software programs recommended for use by Methodical Recommendations on the Estimation of the Investment Projects, approved by the RF Ministry of Economics, Ministry of Finance, RF State Committee on Construction, Architecture and Housing Policy number VC 477 from 21.06.1999, and adapted to the market relations conditions formed in the Russian economy, in particular, to the tax system of the Russian Federation. Business plans, developed on the basis of economic models, constructed in Alt-Invest program, are accepted in financial institutions as a basis for obtaining projects’ financing.

Alt-Invest is an open software package that uses Microsoft Excel operating environment, and certainly it’s the advantage. Each investment project, developed and implemented today in the oil and gas and petrochemical industries is individual and unique, and feature of structural flexibility and customization of Alt-Invest provide taking into account every nuance of the project to the minutest detail. The user is free to adequately respond to the changing conditions of the project or output data rearrangement and unlimited in the choice of any additional tables and graphs, output forms adjustment.

Therefore Alt-Invest software suites perfectly for financial calculations automation and construction of projects’ economic models. Regular seminars, proper level of technical support and advice, software products update guarantee the compulsory level of quality.
